Roads
This campground is so easy to navigate and drive. All the roads were nicely paved and had clear directions. We were able to easily manover through the campground. Also since everything was so nicely maintained we were able to let our son really ride his balance bike around.
Bathhouse
I used one bathhouse on our way out on Monday morning. I honestly was surprised because it looked brand new on the outside and inside but it was not well cleaned. Whoever had been in the one I used before me had soaked the floor. There was no toliet paper and considering how great the rest of Daddy Joe's had been it shocked me.
Playgrounde
Normally I would try to rate these but due to COVID it was not the time.
What I can say is what we saw of the playground looked amazing and we were sad our little guy could not enjoy them.
Fishing
We have a little boy so this is something we always rate if available. We went to four of the different ponds and our son caught one or two and Grandpa caught a couple. We also saw people catching but it did appear that we used the wrong bait. The biggest negative to the fishing was how many turtles they had and how tenacious those turtles were.
Pond
The ponds were extremely nice. They had quite a few on the property so take your pick. My only suggestion would of been that the large pond have a dock on it. It could of made it look even nicer. Also would of possibly gotten you away from the turtles.

Pool
So according to the website they have two pools but since we went the first weekend they were able to open back up only the small one by the splash pad was open. I will be honest the size of this pool compared to the size of the campground was quite shocking. I am assuming it is because they are expecting most to use the splash pad. So while the pool leaves much to be desired the splash pad was amazing.

Sites
Sites this is always important. We were on 9 & 11 we loved these sites and we would definitely come back to them.

Sites 1-17 are the most shadded sites in the campground. The tent sites and most of the cabins are also shadded.
Sites 40-47 and 55-60 are pretty much pond front but do have a road between the sites and the ponds.
The quads are definitely cool and we will definitely be considered going to those if we have a group. Biggest downfall is they are in direct sun. For some people especially those towing large units this is a bonus.
Overall the campground and sites are set up very professionally and easy to set up. It was so nice to level a unit on paved/concrete sites.
Extras
So I personally loved the fact that they have mini golf, creamery, Yogi adventures and camp store as well as golf cart rentals.
Unfortunately for us we missed out getting to use most of the extras as they were closed due to COVID. We shopped in the store and saw people waiting in lines for the ice cream. We also smelt the food but we always eat at our sites. Additionally a lot of the extras were closed, cut short or done via Zoom due to social distancing and for the price we paid that was slightly disappointing but not the Campgrounds fault. Our son loved seeing Yogi go by and has kept the stuffed Yogi we got him with him every day since we went.

Overall we definitely want to go back. When you compare the price of this Yogi to say the new one in Bostic the price for a fully paved campground is amazing. While it was expensive compared to others it is well worth it to see the smile on our sons face.
